In full recovery mode, have done nothing so far today as of mid-morning. Crashed immediately last night, slept six hours, woke up a bit chilled, couldn't get back to sleep but spent hours trying. Do feel reasonably rested and once I got moving the body parts are functional but the legs, knees and feet are very beat up. I probably won't attempt anything too ambitious today though I sure have a lot to do.
Was not at all surprised that the scale was down this morning. There will be eating today.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee
Used up the cream cheese, so these can rotate back off the menu for the long term. As usual tasty but zero satiety. I always want to keep eating when finished.
Lunch: Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke
Also some Triscuits and bar cheez as a snack. Too many.
Dinner: American goulash, salad, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite
Didn't eat that much and it was still way too much. Might have a brownie and a bit of vanilla ice cream later.
Exercise: Nope. Much needed rest day.
