Back To Beginning

I could not be bothered to confirm but I noted this morning that my weight, I think, matched what it was at the beginning of a recent month.  I'm not sure if it was September or August and I'm too lazy to look, but the point was, back to square one.  Which is sad.  But at least I have a fair amount of confidence that the pounds I've piled on this week are mostly water and they'll vanish just as soon as I have a couple good days.   Which start right now.  Not ideal timing, since I have a metric ton of work to do and very little spare pep, but it must happen.

Breakfast:  1.5 oz sharp cheddar, coffee

 


Standard.

Lunch:  3 eggs over medium, Alexia hash browns in butter, 4 Smithfield sausage links

An annoying downside to all this eating:  I get hungry.  When on track and adapted, I don't.  Today was a hunger day.  Also:  Sad that I ate the last of my Alexia hash browns.

Dinner:  Pizza Hut thin pep ham beef, breadsticks w sauce

Sigh.  I was just not ready for this week and the work is kicking my ass.  Hoping for a weekend reboot.
