Well it wasn't the prettiest night of sleep, but it got the job done. Had to get up a couple times to get rid of water for whatever reason, it wasn't like I ate clean yesterday. I definitely feel better today.
Now if I could just fix the leg issues that would be swell. I'm not moving too badly this morning but I always have to be conscious. And it's weird seeing the right foot and lower ankle swollen while above it is not at all. Hopefully getting back on track will do what needs to be done. Off to the store shortly to get some soup ingredients.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w chive and onion cream cheese, coffee
Very tasty but zero satiety.
Lunch: Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke, caramel peanut clusters
Not exactly health food. Back on track tomorrow.
Also: chips and onion dip
Dinner: Pork BBQ sandwich w cheese, potato salad, fruit, cake and ice cream
Birthday party food.
Fourthmeal: Culvers bacon deluxe, fries w ketchup, coke
Exercise: Nope. Much needed rest day. Limping pretty bad.
