Way Too Much Ugh

Writing up a bit late.  It was a busy day.

Breakfast:  2 slices smoked cheddar, coffee

Still works.

Lunch:  Wendys 2xJBC single fries Dr. Pepper

Stop.

Dinner:  Small deluxe pizza, 16 oz Two Hearted

Dinner meeting.

Also McD 2x double cheese, a few fries, coke

Way too much.  Ugh.

Exercise:  Nope.
