Once again evenings proved to be hard. Ate too much, too late. Too much caffeine ... which should be none after noon. Found it hard to get to sleep and then I woke up after two hours. Argh. Better than usual effort in the recliner, but still, not enough rest.
I guess this morning went okay otherwise. We'll see about the afternoon.
Breakfast: 2 slices smoked cheddar, coffee
Out of pepper jack.
Lunch: Double cheeses, fries
Local place. Good as always but excessive.
Dinner: BK texas whopper, fries, cheesy tots, Dr Pepper, coke
Ugh.
