The Blah

Well that sucked.  I do not have an explanation either.  Went to bed nice and early, just after 9:00.  Took quite a while to get to sleep.  Woke up at 12:45 after no more than two hours, and didn't get much sleep after that.  Do not feel good today.  Pulse is up, feel very weak.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee

 


Standard pre golf breakfast.  A bit of a sour stomach but not too bad.

Lunch:  Orange Gatorade

No beer today.

"Dinner":  BK texas whopper, fries, dr pepper

Went with fast and easy.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, no walking that I could avoid.
