A semi-holiday locally, leading in to the big conclusion of the festival tomorrow. It is crazy busy around here, I won't be sad when it slows down a bit.
Otherwise, was very bloated this morning. Serious wheat belly. Maybe a delayed pizza reaction, dunno. It's annoying. I need to get it together. I did not do so today.
Breakfast: Pretzel bagel w veggie cream cheese, donut, coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Italian beef sandwich, fries
Yeah.
Dinner: Keto bowl, a few good crisps, plain donut holes w a glass of whole milk
Yeah.
Exercise: 2x walks to/from work, 19 and 14 minutes respectively, about 10 of which was walking and the rest talking to people en route. When you know people and everyone is out, you run into them.
