I woke up this morning and it was like my stomach said "hey dummy I've been working on that pizza all night. Still working on it. Knock that **** off!" Felt predictably not great. Thankfully I was able to remove a lot of it and between that and not eating all day I did not pay a price on the scale.
But, seriously, put pizza on the no fly list already.
Breakfast: Heel of homemade bread w butter, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, mashed potatoes
Runt soup, double the usual mash. Cleaning out the freezer. Need to make soup. Also, the usual proportions are better.
Snack: 2x McDouble
Dinner: 3 eggs over medium, hash browns in olive oil, CF sausage links, 12 oz All Day IPA, allulose choc ice cream
Managed to stop eating, though I was getting plenty of neurons saying 'feed me!'
Exercise: Nope.
