Repetitive But Good

You just never know what you're going to get on the scale.  I kinda enjoy trying to guess the day's number before I hop on.  I wasn't too certain about today -- I had both wheat and corn for dinner and a pretty decent number of calories.  I felt like I got rid of a little extra water and I did get in some modest exercise.  So I guessed a number down slightly.  Uhh... nope.  Big drop.  Which, of course, you gotta love.  

No progress made on fixing the sleep schedule.  One side effect of being less sluggish is that it's harder to get to bed.  One of these days I'll adopt a consistent schedule and allow enough time in bed, but that day is not today.  Or yesterday.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and mash


Yup.  Repetitive but always good.

Dinner:   3 eggs over hard, hash browns in olive oil, 5 strips cherry bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA, chocolate allu ice cream


Wasn't my finest breakfast effort, but whatever.  Still tasty.

Exercise:  Nope.
