TGIF. It hasn't been a notable one so far.
Was uncertain what the scale would say this morning. Had to be mentally prepared for a gain (given lunch meat/excess sodium/popcorn) but was happy to see a drop. I'm sure the exercise - even if it wasn't quite two miles - helped.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Soup and mash, smokehouse cheddar
Last of the mash, will need to restock this weekend. Forgot to take a photo, apparently.
Dinner: Keto bowl, Boulder Canyon canyon poppers (cheese balls)
Dependably good. And it was hilarious, my favorite burrito artist started making my order before I got close to the register. It was ready by the time I paid.
Exercise: Nope. At least tomorrow is likely to be a good day.
