Sigh. I really, really need to get it together.
Thought I went to bed at a reasonable hour, but I was very very late getting up. Which made me rather late for work. And I didn't have a real productive morning. Nothing notable, really, about the overnight, though I did have a dream where I absolutely went OFF on someone. Which is highly unusual and not me at all in real life.
At least I only paid a small price on the scale for yesterday.
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin, hash brown. Coffee.
Late AM bite.
Lunch: Soup and mash, swiss cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Sack of TB, root beer, home popcorn
Reasons.
Exercise: Nope.
