Sigh. I get annoyed when I fail. Dinner was a disaster last night, and it wasn't even good.
In any event, I pondered some and I think I just, to an extent, have to deal with a subpar diet for the time being. I am going to try and keep up the soup lunches, but dinners will be more variable due to work and certain other commitments over the next three months. I have a lot of stuff to do, so time for cooking will be at a premium.
Anyway, the week rolls on. I didn't pay a price on the scale this morning but I'm rather backed up and bloated.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah. Didn't have the low blood sugar today, no idea what happened yesterday.
Lunch: Soup and mash, swiss cheese slices
Again.
Dinner: Pep ham pizza, 12 oz MI P1lsner
Epic fail.
Exercise: Nope.
