But let's catch up here. Very bloated after yesterday.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: CF italian sausage sandwich on home bread w swiss cheese and a bit of primal kitchen ketchup
Okay. Didn't quite come together, but my good idea for the sausage came too late.
Dinner: 2x American 2x Mexican tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, Avo oil jala ranch cheese balls, vanilla allu ice cream
New snack food, pretty good. Garbage, of course, but pretty good.
