Some frustration today. Not so much with the scale, I was backed up and pressed for time otherwise I'm sure it would have been better. Not even so much with the eating fail.
Instead, I'm frustrated that I don't seem to see any improvements in stamina, energy level, strength, etc. I am so disappointed to be as tired as I was after today's golf. I'm not getting stuff done, either. Instead, I'm sitting here watching preseason football on tape delay and thinking about going to bed early.
Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, hash brown, coffee
Early meal on the go no time for the usual stop.
Lunch: 12 oz Mich Ultra (many hours later)
Yup.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz MI P1lsner
Crack. I was very hungry.
Exercise: 27 holes with cart. As much walking as I could stand.
