Sigh. Shifting schedules is so hard. I was tired yesterday, so I hoped to crash around 8. Made it to bed around 9. Could not get to sleep. It was easily 11:45 before I went to sleep and that was in the recliner. So I was late this morning. Still made time to vote though.
Did spend a little time thinking about dietary revisions. I think some are doable, mostly just dialing back. If I can avoid some things that I eat to great excess and clean up in general just a little bit things will be better. I need to get off the yo-yo train and drop some pounds. Not quite sure how I'm going to work in more exercise but that should happen too.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and mash, grilled cheese on home bread
Good as usual. Too lazy to rotate photo.
Dinner: 2x TB double beef burritos, french dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, popcorn, root beer, no bakes
Bleah.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, low average walking
