Hopefully on the way back to better numbers on the scale. I certainly didn't deserve a small drop after yesterday but I was happy to have it. Felt less bloated this morning too. Now I just need to dump a bunch of water.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and mash
Yup.
Dinner: 3x mexican tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, vanilla allu ice cream
I was hungry enough to eat six tacos but dialed back to only three.
Water removal kicked in this afternoon, which is a good thing. Not as great was the usual blah feeling that accompanies the first day of a reset. The ol' blood sugar was a bit low at the end of the day, it takes a bit for the body to adjust.
Exercise: Nope. Didn't get to sleep much before midnight. My schedule is so messed up.
