To my mild surprise exercise won over pizza yesterday. Despite eating far too much pizza - let's be honest, most any is too much and I have no restraint - and the system still being jammed up the scale was still down this morning. So yay for that.
I'm pretty sluggish, though. Didn't do much of anything last evening and it has taken until almost 9:00 to get through the basic morning stuff. Need to get cracking.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Yup. Mostly french flour since I had less than a half cup of King Arthur left. Tasty.
Lunch: TB 2x double beef burrito, 2x beef soft taco
Was crunched for time still no excuse
Dinner: Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, 12 oz Miller Lite, molasses cookie w butter pecan ice cream, good crisps
All good if a bit much.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of walking. Actually had some pep for the first half, which was nice.
