Not a notable day. Small dip on the scale. Not terribly productive. It happens.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns east coast italian (minus mayo, v&o; add mustard, pickles) unwich, dill pickle, diet lemonade
Car was in the shop and it was raining so I went for delivery. Too much sodium and meh, but whatever.
Dinner: 3 eggs over medium hard, hash browns in EVOO, 4 strips cherrywood bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA, home popcorn
A little better effort tonight, but I still left the eggs on a bit too long. I'd rather have them medium shaded toward easy than medium shaded toward hard.
Exercise: Walk, 37 minutes, about 4k steps.
I walked to work after dropping off my car. It was nice early, good for walking. I do need to retire my current pair of shoes though.
