Another day, more of the same. Glad to continue losing some surplus water. Got a reasonable night of sleep, but still off on the schedule. Struggling to fix that.
Breakfast: Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, sausage patty, coffee
Once again excellent. One left for tomorrow, then a decision.
Lunch: Soup, grilled ham and cheese
Once again tasty. Sated, though I acknowledge this is a lot of food.
Dinner: Mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, home tacos, Tillamook mint chip
Repeat of yesteday.
Exercise: Nope. Snow is melting some, but it's still with us.
