Yes. It could have been worse. After a dreadful eating day, only a small gain. Yay.
Otherwise, glad for a short week. Lots to do, still have that deadline Ugh. So much work that needs to be done. It's a little out of control.
Breakfast: 2x Egg McMuffin, coffee
Audible.
Lunch: Leftover lasagna, garlic toast
Not bad. Just bad for me.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, cheese toast, mixed nuts
Tacos not as fat, could have used another one. Have the hunger tonight.
Exercise: Nope. Still way off.
