TGIF. So glad it's coming up on the end of the week. One more work thing this afternoon, lots of things that should be worked on, and out. Of course I'll need to work a bunch this weekend, but that's okay. I have come to grips with that and it's easier to deal with when the phone isn't ringing, the emails are not pouring in, etc. Which is why someday I hope to change my work schedule.
Anyway, continuing to gradually drop off last weekend's gains. And then some, it's actually even better than that. Not good, of course, but an improvement. Eating at home makes a difference. Now let's see if I can hold the line some this weekend, weekends have been awful lately.
Breakfast: Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, sausage patty, coffee
Last of the frozen pancakes. I'm actually considering making another batch and just shrinking the portion size while going another week. As long as the scale keeps ticking down I'm happy.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Standard. About out of the homemade bread, have to decide if I am going to bake more. LOL'd at the super thick slices today, maybe I should actually use my slicing guide. First of this week's soup batch, turned out fine which was a question as I messed with the ratios to try and make a bit less. Carrot-y but otherwise nothing weird.
Dinner: Mixed nuts, 24 oz Miller Lite, home tacos
All familiar stuff.
Exercise: Nope. Sleep schedule continues to be WAY off. Even the hour this weekend isn't going to fix it. Shifting it is hard.
