Dough Day

And a very wheaty Thursday to all.  Yeesh.   Got a fresh loaf of bread (clean french bread from a local bakery) and had extra slices.  Plus I started a batch of pizza dough this morning before I left.  Flour consumption off the charts.

Anyway, the outflow slowed down yesterday, no big surprise.  I could probably trigger more with a little more discipline, but overall I'm pretty happy with the last couple weeks.  Only one notable stumble.  Now, to start slowwwly phasing things out, cutting down portion sizes, etc.  Oh, and:  Walk you idiot.

Breakfast:  Sausage patties, bread w butter


Again tasty.  But I do need to get my pork from the farm.  Hopefully when I go next, tentatively a week from Sunday, they'll have more pork in stock.  I think I may have a package of links, will need to check.  Won't be as convenient as precooked but I can batch cook them at least and reheat leftovers for a day or two.

Lunch:   Soup, grilled cheese


Again tasty.  Plan is to start using slighly smaller containers -- for whatever reason the 2C pyrex covered containers hold less than the pint mason jars -- with this weekend's soup batch.  I've been notably sated this week so I think the odds of success (wrt cutting back) are better than usual.

Dinner:  Mixed nuts, 12 oz Miller Lite, deluxe taco bowl (taco meat, half a can of Bush's southwest zest beans, peppers and onions, cheese, hatch chiles, sour cream, avocado, pace picante sauce), Tillamook mint chip, home popcorn


That might be the longest dinner entry ever.  All good tho.

Exercise:  Nope.  Woke up 2 minutes before my 7:00 alarm.  Schedule remains way off, hoping to move it this weekend.
