Failure Rebounded

Welp.  Last night's messup produced a rebound, predictably.  I mean it could have been worse, but still.  I'm otherwise pretty OK with the week and hopefully this one is as good.  Off to a bit of shaky start as I had to audible on breakfast and lunch due to not making pancakes and not taking out a jar of soup to thaw until bedtime.  Fortunately I had another serving of bacon and all the other ingredients for a breakfast sandwich.  

Getting vey worried about how much work I have to do.  Need to find another gear that has been conspicuous in its absence.  I've been dragging.

Breakfast:  Sausage patty, slice of bread w butter, coffee


Solid audible.

Lunch:   Breakfast sandwich (3 eggs, 2 slices cheese, 4 strips bacon, hatch chiles)


Again very tasty.

Dinner:  2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts, Tillamook mint chip


Tacos were definitely less fat tonight.

Exercise:  Nope.  Didn't get to sleep until after midnight and there was no chance I was going to be functional when I woke up.  Spoiler:  I was not.
