TGIF. Making it through another week. Almost there.
Reached the point, apparently, of too much as the scale was up a little this morning. Not a complete surprise as I didn't get enough sleep and also did not get rid of waste, but it was still a function of eating too much, too bad and not exercising. Is what it is. Improvements are needed.
Shaping up to be another busy weekend, though I do plan to cram in a round of golf tomorrow.
Breakfast: Sausage patties, bread w butter, coffee
Again. And again with the extra slice of bread.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Again. Did not bulk up the sandwich. And I was not super hungry before, am well sated after.
Dinner: Mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, deluxe taco bowl, Tillamook mint chip, home popcorn
Repeat. All good.
Exercise: Nope. Schedule again WAY off. Hit Walmart this morning and plan to do the grocery shopping this evening so I'll get some steps in but still, not counting it.
