Decent morning. Slow start, as expected. I just cannot stay up that late. Got to sleep about midnight, needs to be a lot closer to 10:00. But once I got things going at work ... eventually ... the rest of the morning was very productive. Call it a win.
Testing out a tweak to the evening routine. We'll see if I can make it two nights in a row here. Then I just need to figure out how I'm going to fix the sleep schedule and where I'm going to consistently work in exercise. I still would prefer to do it first thing, but I struggle so much to get going in the mornings I may have to do it later.
Breakfast: Sausage patty, slice of bread w butter, coffee
Again. Almost forgot the photo. Last of the Meijer sausage patties, RIP king you were perfect. (For sausage)
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Again. A little toastier than usual.
Dinner: Mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, home tacos, Tillamook mint chip, home popcorn w butter
Again. Added the popcorn since I have a bit of THE HUNGER tonight.
Exercise: Nope. FAIL.
