That Was Not Enough

Didn't get eight hours.  Probably seven. What I got was not enough.  Winding down isn't always easy when you work late and it definitely was the case last night.  Oh well.  Powering through as best I can.

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee

Yup.  Managed to forget my phone at home this morning so no picture.

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled with peppers and onions, hash browns in butter, 4 strips bacon

Once again tasty.  Overdid the potatoes, I might have to start measuring.

Dinner:  Pork chop with mushroom gravy, TCD style mashed potatoes, green peas, strawberries with just a bit of sugar, 12 oz Miller Lite.  Later, a banana split flurry.

Sunday dinner on Wednesday.  Turned out very good.

Exercise:  Nope.  Supposed to be nice by the end of the week which is encouraging.
