So Glad

Such a relief that it is Saturday.  Not going to accomplish much of anything - long day of golf with it being far away.  But that's okay.  Just being able to breathe a little is good.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 2 strips bacon raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee

Standard pre-golf breakfast out, though we only got 2 strips of bacon instead of what I thought was the usual 3.  Whatever.  It was fine.  Was sure I took a photo but apparently not.  Oops.

Post-Golf:  16 oz Mich Ultra

Can't really call this a meal but do need to note it.

Dinner:  Jalapeno cheddar popcorn, beef and broccoli stir fry


Ate way too much of the beef but it was very tasty.  I dialed the sugar in the sauce back by more than half and it was still sweeter than I would like.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, moderate extra walking.  Walked more early than late.
