Tacos And Crap Strike That

Yesterday wasn't awful.  I ate too many tacos and had dessert but still, it wasn't awful.  I might be ready for a taco break though, they weren't great the last couple weeks. 

What a pleasant surprise this morning to have a leg that wasn't puffed up.  Even the good leg was leaner than usual.  I never have any idea what causes that - I didn't dispose of extra water, so I guess it was just redistributed.  I know it's related to heart issues, but it's not like I did anything unusual.

Anyway, onward.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese


Yup.  Not the greatest batch of soup I've ever made but it's fine.

Pre-golf snack -- some pork rinds

Dinner:  Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite



One of their better efforts.  

Later:  2x Big Mac, vanilla cone.  Doh.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, not much extra walking
