Give Me Eight

I do not know what the exact final tally was, but I think I got *almost* eight hours of sleep last night.  I was finally so desperately in need of sleep that it overcame the need to get up and get rid of liquid.  Wonderful.  Of course I was still tired this morning, one decent night isn't going to fix the problem, but it's a start.  And I have been notably more productive this morning.  

Otherwise, I was pleased that meals were closer to the plan yesterday.  I still have to get back to eating lunch (and more dinners) at home, but it was a small step in the right direction. 

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee


Yup.

Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled with fire roasted peppers and onions, hash browns in butter, 3 strips bacon


I am so out of practice lol, hash browns rather overdone.  All tasted good though.  Having the peppers in the freezer is certainly convenient, though it does push me to scramble the eggs since I don't really want to dirty a third pan.

Dinner:  Dominos brooklyn pep sausage, later a couple peanut butter cookies


Yeah.  Stupid work.

Exercise:  Nope.  Golf canceled due to awful weather.
