Sigh. After such a solid night of sleep on Tuesday it was back to the opposite last night. Slow getting to sleep, woke up at 5:15 and dozed instead of sleeping. Not restful. I think the issue is which happens first, getting back to sleep or my mind spinning up with the insane amount of work I have to do.
Predictable gain with the bad dinner, bad sleep, large amount of water consumed only some of which was released. I really need dinnertime discipline. Will try again tonight.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Yup. Apparently I forgot a photo. Oops.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep pork beef, breadstick with sauce
Yuck. Worst pizza I've had in a while.
Exercise: Nope.
