Sigh. I'm really frustrated. Woke up before 4:00 and could not get back to sleep. And I couldn't make myself get going either. I'm so far behind at work that it's paralyzing.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter, coffee
Good, other than the quarter piece I dropped. Oops.
Lunch: 2x Wendy's double
Filling and cheap w coupon. Not their finest effort though.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA
Also not their finest effort. Oh well.
Later - two slices of home bread with a little peanut butter. Cleaned out the last bits from the two jars I had in the fridge.
Exercise: Nope. Miserable day out there too.
