Okay, first step taken to get back on track. 2MAD. It helped that I was not at all interested in food this morning. Just coffee. Office lunch tomorrow so I may not make too much more progress, but hopefully I can notch another 2MAD.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Jersey Mikes #56, salt and vinegar chips
Tasty. But bad.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, chips and onion dip
Not sure why today was so chippy. Need to be done with them, darned seed oils.
