Worrisome Decline

Tired this morning.   It was really not a productive day.  I'm definitely concerned.  I didn't feel like I pushed it particularly hard this weekend, I mean I didn't have any tight muscles or cramps or crash early evening either day.  I just have less pep.

Breakfast:  Coffee

If I continue to struggle in the mornings I'll go back to 3MAD.  I don't know if that would solve anything - it wasn't like I was hungry this morning - but I definitely need more AM pep.

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese


Nice to hit the old standby.  Tasted good.

Dinner:  3x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA


All good.  Went with an extra taco tonight.  No ragrets.

Exercise:  Nope.
