Another Friday, only a half day to get through. Whew.
Was rather surprised by the scale this morning, felt notably bloated and puffy around the midsection after last evening's Hutdown. No change. Huh. It's probably just lagging a day. I'll be better starting this weekend, I'm already coming around on mood after yesterday's bad health news.
Breakfast: Breakfast bagel sandwich w egg, bacon, cheese, veggie cream cheese, coffee
Tasty.
Lunch: Meatloaf sandwich, fries
Also tasty. And fattening.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza
Yum.
Exercise: Nope. Glad to see some warmer weather though. I could have gone out this morning, lord knows I woke up at 4:05 and never came close to going back to sleep.
