Amused to see a drop on the scale, thank you increased activity. It wasn't a low carb kind of day, with toast and hash browns for breakfast, popcorn and sugar in the sauce at dinner. It wasn't a low cal day as I ate a ridiculous amount of the beef and broccoli. I didn't get rid of anything solid. So just being a little active was enough for a drop. Good stuff.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Could have eaten, managed to hold off until a slightly early lunch
Lunch: 2x McD QPC, mcchicken, small bag of jalaranch snack mix
Had planned to have leftovers. No leftovers to have. Oops. Was also hoping to make soup this morning but just don't have enough time. Tomorrow after work then I hope.
Dinner: Home cheeseburger, chips, salad, fritos, peanut butter dipped cookie
Ate way too much of course.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much extra walking. Tired.
