It's a struggle today.
Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, BEC biscuit, hash brown. Coffee
Like I said, not prepared for this week at all.
Lunch: Wendys 2x daves double
Sigh.
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite
Also Popeyes spicy chix sand and apple pie.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not that much walking. Fatigued.
