So far so good today. I feel like I got a good night of sleep - I woke up at 4:15 to dispose of some liquid and also a foot and ankle cramp, but I promptly got back to sleep in the recliner. I frequently just doze in that circumstance, but today I was out, slept a good 2.5 hours before my alarm went off. Definitely more rested, we'll see if I fade this afternoon.
Breakfast: Coffee
I seem to be well adjusted back to no breakfast.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
I think this was the last of the prior batch of soup. Another really tasty grilled cheese, though I did manage to miss a scrap of waxed paper but thankfully it pulled out in one piece before I dug in.
Dinner: Domino's bklyn pep ham, parm bread bites. Nicks mint chip
Had the hunger, alas.
Exercise: Nope.
