I have the day blocked off at work to have no appointments. It's been very nice so far. Not 100% distraction free, of course, but it's been better than usual. Good for productivity. I may have to do more of this.
Let go of some water, which was nice. Mapped out some menu ideas for next week, so I'm optimistic that I'll be able to get solidly back on track. Need to drop a few pounds in the next two months.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Day 2, on track. Could have had breakfast but I'm not notably hungry yet coming up on lunchtime.
Lunch: Marble cornbread scramble, potatoes
Haven't had this in a while.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, cherry strudel bites
Really good pizza tonight.
Exercise: Nope. Need to fix.
