Exhaustion definitely a factor. Couldn't stay as late as I needed tonight, just grabbed some food and am going to crash hard.
Breakfast: Home peanut butter bread, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: McD 2x QPC, McChicken. A small bag of Fritos
I think I need to go back to strict LC just to reset the satiety triggers. I know that 2x QPC alone is more than I need but I just keep wanting to eat. It's sickening.
Dinner: 3x TB chipotle chix burritos, 12 oz All Day IPA, small home strawberry shake
Late, tired.
Exercise: Nope. Not until Saturday.
