Unexpected Flushage

I don't think I'll ever understand human biology.  I didn't have as much liquid as usual yesterday.  I had plenty of water-retaining carbs.  And yet overnight I lost a ton of liquid.  To the point of being annoying.  Good, but annoying.

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee


 

Yup.  Today is testing my will when it comes to only having one cup of regular coffee before switching to decaf.

Lunch:  McD 2x QPC, McChicken, later had a banana split blizzard type thing

Sigh

Dinner:  Dominos brooklyn pep sausage, small home shake

Sigh

Exercise:  Nope.  While I was awake at 4:45 and didn't really get back to sleep, I was never energetic.  Half dozed as long as I could.  It's going to be a brutal week.
