Yuck. Least productive day in a while. At the worst possible time. Need to crash early and bounce back tomorrow.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter and strawberry preserves, coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Wendys 2x single, spicy nuggets, a couple slices of american cheese
As usual, it took way too long for satiety to kick in.
Dinner: Ham, salami and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treats
Bah. Worst RKTs I've had in a long time.
Exercise: Nope.
