Need to get straight, but it's probably not happening until the weekend.  Really sluggish again today, right from the drop and that's despite going to bed early and maxxing sleep.

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, egg mcmuffin, hash brown.  Coffee

Yeah.

Lunch:  Wendy's 2x Daves double

Way excessive.

Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w sauce, rice krispie treats

Fatass.

Exercise:  Nope
