Need A Different Word Than Bloat

Ugh.  Ate too much.  Full.  Not bloated but it's unpleasant.  Need a better description.

Breakfast:  Peanut butter bread, coffee

Again.

Lunch:  Brisket w hot BBQ sauce, smoked mushrooms, a few pickle slices


Very tasty.

Thirdmeal:  Steak and Shake double w cheese, fries, chocolate shake

Also tasty.

Dinner:  Subway meatball, chips and guac, no bake cookies

Like I said, way too much.

Exercise:  Not really.  Did have to do some hiking to get to a medical test, but it only about a ten minute walk each way, plus a couple flights of stairs.
