Yeah, still feeling the effects of yesterday's choices.  Ugh.

Breakfast:  Peanut butter bread, coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Italian beef, fries, some leftover tortilla chips and no bakes

Sigh.

Dinner:  Dominos brooklyn pep and sausage

Try again tomorrow.

Exercise:  Nope.
