Okay, let's try this again. I don't have any expectations of immediate drops, but I do have some hopes of improvement. Going to radically cut the food budget, which is going to curtail eating out other than taco monday. I hope, anyway. Lots of soup and eggs. Some cleaner treats, still going to try and get away from the seed oils, HFCS and other processed crap. Will probably gradually become more LC as I eat down what I have on hand junk-wise. Let's go. March sucked.
Update: Pretty successful grocery run, kept it under $40.00. Of course I didn't get much for what I spent, but I have enough stuff on hand that I didn't need much. Next week will be harder, since I'll need to get stuff to make soup and I'll want to hit the farm to restock a couple things if I can. We'll see.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled, hash browns in olive oil, 2 sausage patties
Solid.
Dinner: Soup, brownie with vanilla ice cream
Made the other half of the premade brownie mix I put together a couple weeks ago, since I had the requisite eggs and butter on hand (and because I ended up not taking it on vacation - I did take premade pancake mix which worked great).
Exercise: Nope. Somewhat active but not really.
