Ahhh, that was nice. Got outside. Some sun. Not too much. Fresh air. Light exercise. Good stuff.
All of which I will pay for tomorrow.
Also, I have been slacking big time on my photo taking. Tomorrow may not be great but I need to get at things WITH AUTHORITY on Monday, I'll see if I can add that to the list.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jelly, coffee
Return of the standard pre-golf breakfast out. Delightful.
Lunch: 3x TB chipotle chix burritos, 16 oz Mich Ultra
More of an early dinner.
Dinner: Wendys' single, spicy nuggets. Chips and onion dip. Home milkshake
Fat.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, modest extra walking
I'd have walked a bunch more if not for this damned callus.
