Answering all these sleep questions on medical paperwork makes me think ... about sleep. About how lately I'd just like to go to bed early and then get up whenever I'm ready. It would sure be nice to have a consistent routine, but I'm not sure even that will get me to a place where I always feel rested in the morning. Even usually might be a bridge too far.
Anyway, too much starch and sugar yesterday. Will do a bit better today I think.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter, coffee
Skipped the jam this morning. Probably should have just skipped it entirely, I think it made me hungry by mid-morning.
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled w fajita veg and guac, hash browns in olive oil, 3 strips CF bacon
Cleaned up the eggs and hash browns so less than usual. Added guac. All in all quite satisfactory.
Dinner: Freddy's patty melt, followed a while later by Dominos brooklyn pep saus, ice cream
Discouraging medical news sapped my enthusiasm to do anything.
Exercise: Nope.
