Made it.  Barely.  Limped to the finish.

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee

Yep.

Lunch:  Italian beef, fries

Yum.

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza plus jalapenos

Way way too much

Exercise:  Nope
