Whew. TGIS. A desperately needed day off.
Sleep is getting kinda ridiculous. All week I have been dozing off in the recliner -- last night it was at 9:00 -- and then when I get up and get ready for bed I cannot get to sleep. The brain just spins various work subjects and I cannot get it shut down. Frustrating.
Breakfast: McD egg mcmuffin, BEC biscuit, coffee
Had to audible as I didn't have enough time for the usual breakfast out.
Lunch: Campfire dog, tots with ketchup, 12 oz Miller Lite
Golf food.
Snack: Chips and onion dip
Yuh.
Dinner: Deluxe sub, chocolate french twirls
Not their finest effort on the sub (not at all).
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Reasonable walking, got in a few miles.
