Pleased that paying the slightest attention produces positive results on the scale when you have tons of extra water hanging around. We'll see how bad today was.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter and a little strawberry preserves, coffee
Yep. Bread is definitely better when the dough cold ferments more.
Lunch: Deluxe sub, Sprite zero sugar
Not the absolute best but still exquisite. Did not have time to go home for lunch, this is very much a splurge.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos. Later, brownies w ice cream
Standard tacos, no beer. Cleaned up the brownies. Ice cream is just Breyers natural. Not junk.
Exercise: Nope. Seeing a doc tomorrow, dreading it.
